Houston Residencies Summer 2019!!

Can you believe applications have started opening up? Anyway, just an early start for everyone to discuss.

I'm planning on applying to Harris Health, Memorial Hermann, Methodist, & TCH, and I will be applying to multiple locations for each. I'm trying to decide if I should branch out and apply at some places out of state or not since I want a very demanding specialty, but I'm not necessarily ready to uproot my family just for my residency. I'm open to suggestions or thoughts from others who have been through this part of the experience already.

I am still wondering who else got offers from MH TMC besides the PICU?

I got a call from HCA and got offered a position in their Mother/Baby unit but I never heard back from Methodist Sugarland Mother/Baby and I was really hoping to...did anyone that applied to that location/unit ever hear back?

What hospital offered you a position on mother/baby?

Hey, has anyone heard from MH-SE today for any unit? Any calls with offers or rejection emails?

I attended the first interview for Methodist Sugarland Mother/Baby and never heard back.
