Houston Nurse Residency Winter/Spring 2024

Hi everyone! I will be graduating with my BSN this semester and I'm applying for residencies in the Houston area. I already applied to Houston Methodist but wanted to hear about other programs that might be interesting. Best of luck!

for those who went to memorial herman's second match day or even second applications, did you hear back yet?

they sent out emails saying all positions are filled

Anyone who accepted an offer for TCH nicu get an official offer letter or have y'all only had the email offer where you say I accept or decline? Not sure if there is anything else I need to keep an eye out for

Hi , I was wondering the same thing ! But I haven't received anything else. I figured we probably wouldn't until closer to start .

I also sent the "I accept" email, but I believe that's all for now. Received a secondary email on Monday that said the Feb cohort has come to a close so candidates who were not selected would be receiving an email and because we have already received an offer, we should let Tiffany know if the denial email accidentally came through.

I can't even find the application I do not graduate until December 2024. Is it too soon or does anyone have any more information?

oh apps for MH already closed I think. do you mean december 2023 or 2024? if you graduate december 2024 maybe apply next year around aug-sept

Oh good, I meant 2024 so I will look around aug-sept I was trying to be early so I don't miss it THANK YOU!

yeah, after I applied to a new location a recruiter called me. they have no positions left (women's and pedi) but only med surg/tele. ?
