Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2022

Hey everyone! I saw that there was a residency thread for Spring but not for Summer 2022. I graduate in March 2022 and I believe a lot of the Summer cohorts begin in June/July. I plan to move to Houston once I've written my NCLEX! Where is everyone considering applying? I am looking at Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, MD Anderson Cancer Center and St Lukes. I would also prefer to be at hospitals specifically in the sugar land area so I hope when the time comes theyll have the units I want in certain locations. I would like to be in the PACU! Is there anyone else that wants to work in the PACU as well?

did anyone else's survey for st. Luke's say they needed to take the NCLEX by feb 15th and that interviews will be scheduled for November? I'm wondering if they sent out the wrong cohort survey

I saw that too, but I'm pretty sure it's a mistake and they know that we're signing up so they shouldn't expect us to have our NCLEX by Tuesday. I still turned it in.

when is the deadline for St. Luke's Health for the Summer 2022 program? Also does anyone know if they offer any OB nursingresidencies as well? TIA ?

Does anyone know what units are available for Memorial Hermann TMC location? I missed the information session.

feb 19th. and yes they have l&d, nursery, and nicu open

From what I've heard Ben Taub/LBJ starts at $34, Memorial Hermann Facilities start at $32.50, The Woman's Hospital starts at $29.50

 

Not sure about Methodist, Other HCA facilities, UTMB etc...

Hi! Has anyone heard from Texas Children's or have any idea when they'll start reaching out about interviews? My app still says "under review"

I was wondering that too?? I literally check every day for an email or a status update on my app haha
