Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2022

Hey everyone! I saw that there was a residency thread for Spring but not for Summer 2022. I graduate in March 2022 and I believe a lot of the Summer cohorts begin in June/July. I plan to move to Houston once I've written my NCLEX! Where is everyone considering applying? I am looking at Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, MD Anderson Cancer Center and St Lukes. I would also prefer to be at hospitals specifically in the sugar land area so I hope when the time comes theyll have the units I want in certain locations. I would like to be in the PACU! Is there anyone else that wants to work in the PACU as well?

Has anybody received an OR offer from Harris health, HM, or MH?

That’s strange I got an offer @ HCA for 29$ base pay not 39$. I thought St. Luke Grad nurses were paid the most at 34$ base pay honestly.

Is this for their screening event or after 2nd interview? Haven't heard anything since the screening event.

@mochi20 I've only received an email to complete a survey for TCH TMC. For Methodist Clear Lake, I was talking about since their screening event. I haven't received anything either since. What unit did you apply for?

Same! I submitted my survey within the hour too... 

I applied for ED @ Methodist CL and TMC. 
I know someone who got a second interview for ICU @CL.

I applied for ED at Methodist CL too! I know someone that got a call saying they were rejected for Med Surg there. So I'm hoping we at least get a call/email whether we got accepted or rejected

Still haven’t heard back from MH about my interview on Wednesday. Anyone else still waiting to hear back? This was from the Katy location

I did for the neonatal ICU two days after my interview on Friday.
