Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2022

Hey everyone! I saw that there was a residency thread for Spring but not for Summer 2022. I graduate in March 2022 and I believe a lot of the Summer cohorts begin in June/July. I plan to move to Houston once I've written my NCLEX! Where is everyone considering applying? I am looking at Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, MD Anderson Cancer Center and St Lukes. I would also prefer to be at hospitals specifically in the sugar land area so I hope when the time comes theyll have the units I want in certain locations. I would like to be in the PACU! Is there anyone else that wants to work in the PACU as well?

Has anybody been offered for childrens MH mother baby or l&d?

Thanks.  Doesn’t seem very competitive. 
HCA offered, once at facility, $39.xx base plus $4 night diff, $1 weekend. I prefer Hermann, but that $11k difference.

Yeah I’m wondering if there is a TMC differential. It didn’t say anything in my offer email about that.

It’s 5% of base then goes up to 8% after a year in tmc, I had to email and ask LOL.

does anyone know what the pay increase is for Harris health after 6 months or 1 year?

Neither did I. I think the email they sent earlier had the wrong dates.
