Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2022

Hey everyone! I saw that there was a residency thread for Spring but not for Summer 2022. I graduate in March 2022 and I believe a lot of the Summer cohorts begin in June/July. I plan to move to Houston once I've written my NCLEX! Where is everyone considering applying? I am looking at Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, MD Anderson Cancer Center and St Lukes. I would also prefer to be at hospitals specifically in the sugar land area so I hope when the time comes theyll have the units I want in certain locations. I would like to be in the PACU! Is there anyone else that wants to work in the PACU as well?

Ugh I emailed them again today and nothing. I called HR over at TMC and they gave me the number of the education coordinator but I could only leave a message. Hopefully they get back to me soon. I am getting a little frustrated now. 

I tried to set up the phone interview for tomorrow but they never got back to me after that so I'm not sure if it's confirmed for tomorrow. super frustrating?

Anyone else hear from Methodist west or willowbrook after Monday? Just wondering if I’m out ?

Does anyone know if memorial hermann pays more then ben taub? Ben taub base pay is 34$ with $4.50 night differential

I believe Ben taub pays more because MH base is 32.50 @plant

Now that I don’t know LOL I know that’s the case for methodist but not sure about Hermann

OK well thanks for the help! I received offer for harris health and im very happy with it but I have an interview with memorial hermann tmc next week and if they are paying more because of geographical differential its really complicate things ?
