Like if I have to wait till October but have the opportunity to do COVID testing at stand alone Urgent Care as an RN, would that hurt my chances?
My HCA nurse recruiter said if you have worked more than 2 months in a hospital setting, or 4 months in a LTAC/Rehab setting, you will have too much work experience and we cannot consider you for the program. So COVID testing is totally fine
Sorry to keep posting on here but I'm not from the Houston area so I'm not sure if this company is well known but there is a company called Angels of Care that is hiring new grads to do pediatric home health. Great company that is owned by nurses. You're able to pick which assignment to take on and pick exactly how many hours you want to work. Competitive pay. Same day hire! Message me if you would like the nurse recruiter's info!
