Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2021 Applicants

I wanted to start a new thread for those of us applying to Houston new grad nurse residency programs to ask questions and share information.

I am brand new to this site so I hope I'm doing this correctly... Good luck everyone!

Hi,

Has anyone heard from HMWest and HMSugarland? I applied to both hospitals and I have not heard back yet.

I applied to both too girl and haven’t heard anything either. I even emailed and no response

I applied to both as well, when I called the HR person couldn't find my application, maybe try calling.

I didn’t save the number, but I think someone sent it in this forum a while back

Did you do to prescreen for either? I did for their sugarland and TMC location and havent heard anything back yet.

No, I did not. I just spoke with HR for West and he said to apply for the next cohort, as they've completed selection for this cohort.

Just accepted an offer from HM Woodlands for Med Surg! ❤️ anyone else?! we should start a group chat! Good luck to everyone else, I felt like I waited forever and got denied from MH so there is hope y'all!! ?
