I am a nursing student and I will be graduating in two years. I want to work weekends, I was wondering which hospitals offer weekend incentive programs?

Some do, some don't. Ah, we have no way of knowing which hospitals you are looking at...... or where.....
There are night and weekend differentials almost everywhere, but the bonuses for working only weekends seem to be going away.

My hospital doesn't offer any extra incentive for weekends only other than the weekend differential that we all get. However there are a few people who only work weekends due to preference and our manager lets them sign up for their shifts first. So they work Saturday and Sunday obviously and then get to pick either Monday or Friday for their third day, most do Fridays because Mondays are hectic.

What you are looking for is a "Baylor shift". I don't think they are as available as they used to be. You'll have to call around and ask.

Many hospitals are getting away from the true "Baylor shift" in which you work 24 and get paid for 36 (essentially time and a half for working Sat and Sun). Many hospitals offer a set per hour bonus for hour worked in the zone. I am on the Work Only Weekends (WOW) and get paid and extra $10/hr for any hours worked from 3 pm Friday to 7 am Monday. I choose to work WOW+1, which means in addition to working all weekends, I work an extra day during the week for base pay. I love the extra $1000/ mo. that the Weekends Only plan pays me.
I am required to work every weekend, including all holidays that fall on the weekend. I can request one weekend off per quarter plus an extra weekend off to be used anytime through out the year (5 total weekends off).

Also this: Just because a hospital might be offering this today, who knows how the landscape of healthcare will be in two years? Or what your situation will be then?

And most hospitals won't let a new grad work straight weekends anyway; you'll need about a year of experience first.
The good news is, if you want to work weekends you can generally trade with your colleagues to make that happen.

When I worked in the hospital, there was a weekend incentive program and those who worked it got an extra $10/hr. Similar to Guy in Babyland, they had some pretty severe restrictions and were only allowed something like 4 weekend shifts off per year. I believe they had to commit to a year. They also were not allowed to be offered PTO on weekend shifts when census was down/we were overstaffed.
The hospital got rid of the program years ago. A new grad never would have been eligible for it though.

My previous two jobs have been weekend incentive. I was paid 8 hours a pay period for working weekends.

I worked Baylor shifts/schedule at my previous employer while my daughter was younger as it helped my husband and I avoid childcare costs. My pay and vacation time was practically identical to what KelRN and Guy in Babyland described. I'd also like to point out that (at least for my employer) since I was only working 24 hours a week I had to pay part time premiums on health insurance. It was a noticeably difference.
