The holidays are over. Some of you probably ate a little too much. What are you doing to shed some weight? Working more hours? Exercising? Eating less?
What's reminding you of your weight gain?

I am still trying to figure out how to lose it.. Having an infant really takes the care away for me. I'm so exhausted between work and home I don't have time to care about weight.

My friends and I are going to start the T25 next week. From what we understand they have examples to modify the exercises. I modified the Insanity videos by standing there until they did an exercise I could half way handle. I have given up on losing weight. My new goal is to just not have anything jiggle when I walk; ). I will let you know how it goes.

Have you heard of the New York Times 7 Minute Workout? Obviously a seven minute workout won't whip you into shape, but if you do the circuit 2-4 times and eat smartly, it can make a big change. And if you have a smartphone, there are free apps to download that have the timer and tell you when to change. It's really handy!

I just came home from the gym! This thread is timely.
I slowly gained 12 pounds over the holiday season. . .yes, 12 pounds! On October 1st I weighed 128 pounds and on January 1st I weighed 140 pounds.
Three days ago I prepared some delicious cabbage soup in my slow cooker and I've been eating from it ever since. I've also restarted my exercise regimen. Hopefully I'll go back down to a healthier weight and stay there for good.
