Hi! I already pass CGFNS and NCLEX Cali under my own expense. Will move next to IELTS. Plan to hire an immigration lawyer based in USA to process all my documents as green card of course and work in a hospital as direct hire rather than apply in agencies here in Philippines. The advantages as explained are : available employer, no cuts from the salary meaning I will be paid directly by the hospital, if ever there will be sign in bonus offered will be given to me no more no less and best of all no experience required as we will be train there upon arrival. Unlike the Phil Agencies they wont accept u unless u have a current 6 months experience. The consequence is I have to shoulder all the fees needed in filing, ticket airfare for the whole family and lastly lawyer's fee. What can u say about this?

You will find this route better as you will have more control and will not pay as much back as if going through agency

It all comes down to the question... Can a regular nurse here in the PI afford to hire one? I think it'll be so expensive. If you have the money it won't be a problem. It would be the best possible route in getting a good nursing job in America. Goodluck to you...
