HIRE an IMMIGRATION LAWYER....

Published

Hi! I already pass CGFNS and NCLEX Cali under my own expense. Will move next to IELTS. Plan to hire an immigration lawyer based in USA to process all my documents as green card of course and work in a hospital as direct hire rather than apply in agencies here in Philippines. The advantages as explained are : available employer, no cuts from the salary meaning I will be paid directly by the hospital, if ever there will be sign in bonus offered will be given to me no more no less and best of all no experience required as we will be train there upon arrival. Unlike the Phil Agencies they wont accept u unless u have a current 6 months experience. The consequence is I have to shoulder all the fees needed in filing, ticket airfare for the whole family and lastly lawyer's fee. What can u say about this?

the next question is how much does it cost? lawyer's PF and the fees

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

You will find this route better as you will have more control and will not pay as much back as if going through agency

I did exactly the same thing... turned out ok. you can send me PM if you want.

Specializes in Medical-Surgical, Orthopedics.

It all comes down to the question... Can a regular nurse here in the PI afford to hire one? I think it'll be so expensive. If you have the money it won't be a problem. It would be the best possible route in getting a good nursing job in America. Goodluck to you...

the next question is how much does it cost? lawyer's PF and the fees

That's a very good question!

And it entails a very good answer.

Pls, every body who has some knowledge about it is welcome to answer that question.

And those who already had the actual experience of undergoing that route to land and work as a permanent immigrant in the great and mightly US of A, pls give us some detailed answers.

Thank you.

Thank you very very much.

yes, it cost much. But come to think of it, those juicy offers made by the Philippine agents like free EXAM, reimbuirsements, free ticket to USA, filing fees, accomodation are quite tempting. But those big bucks don't come from their own pocket dude instead it is taken from your salary. And you will be tied up for 3 years. 3 years? a total of 30,000$ will deducted from you. That's too much!!! But if we can afford to pay an immigration lawyer let's say 5,000$ well that's worth it rather than loose 1.5mil pesos from our own sweat and blood...AGREE???

:lol2:
