I wanted to start a thread for those applying to HCC's Spring 2014 nursing program. I am a stay at home mom. I know its early but I wanted to get as much info as possible. The deadline isn't until 6/1. I'm a current HCC student. My pre-req GPA is 3.57 (all A's 1 B and 1 C ), I'm hoping that this is good enough to get me a spot in the program.
What is everyone elses GPA? I heard its lower for the Spring.
Im in my home office looking out the window so i can see when my mail person gets here. She should be here within the hour. I will post as soon as she gets here......:)
My mail just got here and we got "NOTHING".......Maybe tomorrow, but i still think it will be Thur or Fri. Hang in there everyone, it will here soon, I hope.
On another note, I just got my second round of Hep B shot today so im officialy finished with all my imunization until January when i get my 3rd and final Hep B shot.
Only good news I've had today is that when you get accepted into the nursig program your credits for financial aid are extended,good news for those like me working who have two degrees.
Im about to go take a power nap before class tonight. I'ts been a rough couple days with work and im pretty tired. Its only Tuesday and i already have over 30 hours for the work week. Sun = 17, Mon=10, Tues= 8, Total 35hrs and its only Tuesday.
