I wanted to start a thread for those applying to HCC's Spring 2014 nursing program. I am a stay at home mom. I know its early but I wanted to get as much info as possible. The deadline isn't until 6/1. I'm a current HCC student. My pre-req GPA is 3.57 (all A's 1 B and 1 C ), I'm hoping that this is good enough to get me a spot in the program.
What is everyone elses GPA? I heard its lower for the Spring.

I'm assuming no letters today. I hope they come soon. I think my family, friends, and co-workers are getting tired of my stress. Haha. I hope everyone is doing well this week! They shall come soon enough!!!!
and I have gained at least 5-6 pounds, killing my nerves with junk food....OMG, please, I need that letter (whatever it is) no later than Monday
I have the same problem, except i put on about 20 pounds this year due to all the stress from working 50 hrs per week and taking 10-12 credits per semester. I've been trying really hard to complete my AA before we start the ADN program in January.
I'm out of town and will not be back home until Saturday. I have been on this website religiously checking the status of this letter. lol... I really enjoy reading your responses, and I'm glad that we are all working together. I'm praying that we get accepted into this program and maybe get to meet each other in January.

My guess is Wednesday, 9/18.
