Is anyone else planning on applying for the Fall 2017 nursing program? I know it is really early, but I am just too excited. I want other people to share my excitement with!! :)
I know that last cycle they had a HUGE increase in applications so the cut-off for the spring was much higher than normal. So at this point... it can go either way! I didn't make it last cycle since I took a .02 hit to my GPA for attempting a class 3x with one being a withdraw, but I had also taken this class in 2000.... lol... so they do NOT play.
OK, here is what I have so far and will keep adding as they come:
jramlagan: 3.57 Nights/Weekends
corinnepaige91: 3.98 SouthShore AM
Jmcm1025: 3.57 DM- mornings
Néa archÃ: 3.37 Plant City AM
My GPA is 4.0 but my Teas only 64% I didn't finish the reading section before the time up. I only did half of the question. English is not my first or second language. English is my third language. I am slow reading ;(.I really want to get in the Dale Mabry campus morning class because it closed to my place and the plant city is the second choice. I think I need to apply other colleges too. Are you applying somewhere else too besides HCC this fall 2017 ?

You will be fine. They don't go by TEAS score, they only go by GPA. As long as you have a 60 on the TEAS, that is all you need. With a 4.0, you will definitely get into whatever campus you choose, so if this is the school you want, then there is no need to apply to others.

Yes the practice tests were pretty spot on. The science was much easier in the practice book, so it caught me off gaurd. Other than that, the practice tests were a good study tool!
