Hello all HCC Fall 2011 hopefuls! I have been following the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 threads and thought maybe it was time to start Fall 2011 now that the application process has started.
I just turned my application in this past week and received my confirmation notice in the mail. Anyone else out there that has turned in their application?
What are your plans over the next 8 months to prepare for the first semester (provided we get in)?

Britsands, I sent in yet another SASE with my seat acceptance letter, plus I called and emailed MF and MG. They both responded that they had received my information, plus I received my envelope in the mail.

I went to HCC and returned my letter acceptance seat today, and i also tried to do the background CHECK this afternoon. Maybe something is wrong with my laptop or with the Internet, i filled everything correctly, it doesn't want to be process at all. I saw an error and i click ok, soon as i click OK, All i saw " please wait while the payment is being process" after 40 minutes of waiting for this thing to be process, i gave up and turned my laptop off.
Also, said, do not click the refresh button, in order to avoid multiple charge. This thing is freaking me out.

I've read that this happened to prior cohorts. Check your bank account to see i the payment posted and also call the company to see if it went through. Whichever ur able to get through faster.
Clemso, same thug happened with me. I called the number for customer service and they handled the payment over the phone.
Thanks Eyoung, i just called them a few minutes ago, and they handled the payment for me over the phone. Looks like, i need to start review my anatomy I and II as well as Microbiology in the next following month.
I just received my acceptance letter last Friday and mailed it in. I am also doing the night and weekend at Plant City. I have no idea about class times or schedules yet although Orientation is 4 weeks away.
dshatc77, I looked on webadvisor and the classes will be 5-8 on Monday and Wednesday, clinicals 10 hours on Saturday. 7-5 I think. I'll see ya in class!
GC2CRNA....Thank you...I thought that might be what we were looking at. It is nice to be able to work and do this although I am sure it will be challenging and fun at same time.

dshatc77, For me it'll definitely be a challenge. I have to manage to keep school a secret from work. I'm still working on changing my schedule so I can get to class by 5:00. That and I need to come up with a good excuse to be gone for orientation. All that and I'm a terrible liar! I'm sure I'll figure it out. Best of luck.
