hello! i just joined this lovely and informative site after lurking for a few weeks. i'm planning to apply for the program after this fall semester. (need to finish a&pII and college algebra).

edit: can someone walk me through the application process? i know it's pretty easy, but i like knowing 100%! i'm not sure if an adviser would help me much. i know you need high school transcripts, an hcc application and a nursing application. then you just gather all the papers (including money?) in like a.... manila envelope and mail away? or can you electronically send your high school transcripts to them? thank you.
I know TBYRD...too bad nothing will ease my mind until i get that ACCEPTED letter...you know?. I have been reading the blogs on other schools and now see that all the nursing schools have a crazy application process where no one know what is going on. so i am happy that it is not just us.
I understand Kman. Not sure how I'm handling this well since I'm normally an anxious person. I guess my faith is really strong with this situation. I speak as if I'm already accepted and dare others who know that I'm going through this process to speak as if there were an alternative It's the only way I can remain sane and avoid anxiety attacks, lol.
Just checking on the status of everyone's docs. I just bought a new computer and have been out of the game for a while, but no change in mine. I know someone said that the board was meeting the last week in February or the first week in March. I don't know when I should start emailing since it's getting close!

Hi guys...everyone hanging in there? I am holding on by a thread for dear life....hahaha. SQUEEN my app status has not changed...yet, but it seems that our application is moving at about the same speed, so please let me know if yours changes and i will do the same. I know i must have an ulcer by now.
I sent an e-mail to MF yesterday and am waiting for a response of some sort!
This is consuming my life right now. I'm even having dreams about it!! I hope once the application is processed it will be a little easier to wait for the letter *crosses fingers*.

I know! We should have a party! I gave up all soda for lent instead of alcohol because I knew the letters would be coming during it. Depending on what it says I'll either be celebrating or drinking to my death lol.
