Yes squeen13, they are in the PC bookstore now! I just got mine today. Who all bought/is buying the supplemental books? I can't decide if I should get them now or just buy later if I need them..

You're scaring me nickdost! Is it a lot? Are the book packages even available in bookstores yet? I haven't even started on the clinical calculations that I had planned on being done by now! Andddd as for the health forms-- on the paper it says history of the varicella disease is not sufficient, but then other people I've talked to said that they didn't get titers done bc they said it's fine if they had it already?? I am confused as what to turn in. I already got titers done but the doctor just put "had disease" on the form and didn't put the titer result even though I got it done......? So I guess I'm just going to turn in all my lab work papers and we'll see..

I did try them on at the store 1 size bigger so I am crossing my fingers the sizes will fit when I get them! I ordered them online today lol, so I am quite behind too. But really we still have a lot of time before we even wear them! Nickdost I believe ordered from there, so maybe she can answer about shipping? :) And my tops I just bought from uniform city.

nickdost thanks for answering me awhile ago! And thanks for the allheart code because I used it! :) I'm about to do the math since the package is $412 and compare it to Amazon. But I'm sure its still cheaper. Two weeks from tomorrow everyone! (well for nights lol) I am so nervous. Procrastinating is not helping! I'm pretty confused about the textbook e-mail that was sent out....in the package are they just textbooks or textbooks + the electronic books? If so, are we paying more/extra for the e-books? Because I think I could do without the ebooks...and might as well buy all the textbooks separately online if it is cheaper. Ahhh.

Hello all, hope your summer's are going great & getting your to-do lists checked off! I'm feeling the stress big time. I tried on a pair of Shape-Ups recently and they were SO comfortable. I'm thinking of buying them soon since there is a sale going on You bought the work/non-slip ones correct? Did you order them online? Because the 2-3 stores I browsed in didn't have the 'work' kind.

Wow, I definitely need to catch up on all this advice people have posted on here lol. I got my CPR cert last week, so we need to bring that right? Are we turning it in? I need to make copies asap. Idk where the auditorium is either haha. But I plan on getting there early so I can find out! Outside the doors sounds good to me too... can't wait to put faces to ya'll after all these excruciating months :)

Hello and congrats to everyone so far!! :) Received mine today....I'm a Plant city night and weekender tooooooooo YAY! I also had the same papers as the first letter. I guess the background check is just another reminder and for those who are just now receiving acceptance letters. and I know the confirmation letter is different since it says the campus assignment on it this time. Squeen13, I paid for the background check mar 10th and my confirmation e-mail is dated March 11 :) They did double charge me (got my money back already) so be careful! But it sounds like you had no problems going thru. Congrats again!!!!

Thanks 2011nurse! I didn't even consider the older edition. I saw amazon has plenty of the 5th edition for cheap. Now I won't feel bad buying the bundle haha. Squeen, I got 3.55 too. I hope everything works out and you'll be in! Didn't you mention you're at usf right now? my brother was saying hcc probably picks hcc students first then considers everyone else, which could explain why they carelessly messed up your GPA. But who knows... But there's no doubt now that you're in :)

Nickdost... you have convinced me to get the Clinical Calculations book! Math IS my weakness. I plan to buy it from Amazon though. Did you purchase the Potter & Perry book from Barnes as well? And all this comes in the bundle you mentioned earlier? Thanks to everyone for advice, updates, and etc! I could use whatever tips from others since I do not know anyone personally who is in/going into nursing school except the people on this board :)

good to hear nickdost that your payment wasn't duplicated! I still have yet to call...I will today hopefully. I turned in my acceptance letter in yesterday as well. I was scared someone was just going to stick their hand in the dropbox and take my envelope out! does anyone know what kind of math we should brush up on?
