HELP omg so sick and have ? about robitussin

So I took robitussin last night after like reading the bottle like 10 times making sure no alcohol. None listed. However it has dextromarphan (spelling). I looked it up and it said it would give a false positive if you took like a massive quanity like 600 mg, is that true. The cough syrup has 20 mg of tand guafinissen only nothing else, every four hours. Am I screwed having taken 2 doses?

I was told only cold or congestion med I could take was Claratin or Allegra and Diabeta Tuss cough syrup all test rest contain things that may cause false positive and then you have to pay for MRO review of your test and it's pretty much his call from there not worth the trouble I just avoid it all but that's in Texas .Drinks lots of water and pray you don't get pick to test good luck.

Report to your monitor what you took, it can test false positive for amphetamines!

Okay. this absolutley sucks. I actually only took 2 tablespoons since yesterday and since then have just taken guafineseen only. coughing so hard I vomited the fluids I am so desperetly tring to keep down. Massive doses of Tylenol and my fever comes right back after an hour. Somebody just kill me now.

Have you seen your PCP? Urgent Care? They can give you a legit Rx and then you'll be safe!

They gave me a book on what you can or cannot take, I believe you might find it on the net, TPAPN, guafineseen safe, Dextro might test pos. avoid it, on the list, I feel for you, when I got the flu I was in the same boat. Just had to ride the storm, really sucked. You take care, Peace

I think you need to see your PCP...you sound very ill.

Thank you so much everyone. I was in the emergency room today and had a breathing treatment. I have a pretty nasty flu and have been told to stay home and rest for five days. i think i am going to have to sneak out to get to some meetings but i will stay home as instructed. they gave me tamiflu, albuterol inhaler, tussilin pearls, and a lot of ibuprofren for the pain. the fevers still come and go but i am holding on. Thanks everyone
