So, I'm a Nursing Student and recently in addition to my waitressing job, I started doing like camgirl stuff online. Do you think I could be fired as a RN in the future? Or it could come up in a background check and hinder my employment majorly? I've made over $400 on the camming website so I'm required to file taxes eventually and I guess I'm just scared I could lose my RN license one day. I just don't want anything to jeopardize my dream but I also would like to be able to stay in school so I can reach it. I realize now I jumped into this head first before really thinking of the consequences, but now I need to decide to continue doing it or stopping.
I guess any general advice would be wonderful to ease (or fuel) my anxiety. Thank you!
I definitely think what you said was completely inappropriate. Rather than argue with you about it, I chose to flag your post instead. But since this is dragging on and on (because you apparently think the person who is right is the person who has the most likes, which is so strange to me) I'm now speaking up.It is not, nor will it ever be, okay to call someone a whore. To decide your usage of the word is more appropriate because it was followed by "of Babylon" actually makes it MORE offensive.
And no - I have NEVER called a person a **** or a whore (or thought it) because I believe VERY strongly (and always have) that judging a woman for her sexual encounters is amongst one of the most disgusting things we can do to each other as women. I do NOT believe in tearing down other women, and for the love of Chumbawumba, we should SUPPORT and build each other up. Your comment was NOT okay.

Then flag the other post as well. Because that is extremely hypocritical. She posted the whore of Babylon comment & I responded to her.

One poster said stop treating her like the whore of Babylon. That poster was DEFENDING the OP.
YOU said it is okay to treat her like that because she IS ACTING like the whore of Babylon. You were ATTACKING the OP.
If you do not see the difference between these two posts, then I really think you should step away from the interwebs for a bit so you can cool off.
So you feel it's acceptable to judge another person's sexual activities? How do you justify that?
Everyone judges, whether you realize it or want to acknowledge it or not. We all judge people on some level.
We judge people so we decide who we want to be friends with, who we want to marry & etc.

Yes we all make judgements about options, and sometimes we don't make the best judgements; however, one who is truly empowered or wise enough will not blame, shame, or guilt one about their decisions, or be disparaging to someone who is actually seeking counsel and is at least asking a question to make a better decision in life.
