I've got a great walking plan I can e-mail you if you like - just send me a message & I'll be happy to send it along. It's designed for people who are truly just getting started. It may be a little basic for you if you've been doing any activity. I designed it for my 65-year-old mom.

Let me know - send me a priv. message as I don't always check the threads. - Kim

Thanks Kim I will!

OMG people, I really want a sausage mcgriddle...seriously..I have to work today and so far I have been doing ok considering its still only 4:45am here. I've had coffee, a cup of 1% milk, and three eggs scrambled. I'm going to go by the store after work to get some fatfree cheese and veggies that way I can whip up some eggs in the morning before work. I love me some scrambled eggs with cheese. Has anyone had eggbeaters? I'm tempted to try them but heard they have an icky taste to them.

Eggbeaters suck! Fat-free cheese? YUCK! Girl...have a little real cheese with your eggs, just not a pig-pile. Veggies - WAY TO GO!:yeah:

When I ate meat, the mcgriddle was my best friend...so yummy. SOOOOOO full of junk!

I'm feelin' your pain!

I hope you ate a good breakfast & are sleeping soundly now.

When I was on a low glycemic diet I used egg beaters and didn't find them that bad. Made pretty good omlets. But I agree that fat free cheese sucks. Low fat cheese is good.

Way to go Zoe!

consistency will actually be my website article topic this week. ONLY because this last couple of weeks have proven to be a huge breakthrough for me in this area.

I'm NOTORIOUSLY INCONSISTENT - with EVERYTHING!

Me too greener, me too. But for me 7 days a week is just too much. That would definitely set me up for failure. I'm happy with 3 to 4. :)

Oh! 7 days a week is definitely tough & I wouldn't suggest it for anyone who hasn't been exercising for a while & can fit it into their lifestyle. It definitely has the possibility to set you up for failure & takes a huge committment.

I usually advocate just exactly what you're saying - 3-4 days a week consistantly.

My 7 days a week is a lot of different activities: Running, Swimming, Biking, Yoga. If I tried to do all days on the same activity, I'd end up injured. Yoga is my "rest day".

What ever anyone is doing, if they can get in 3-4 days each week to start, that's awesome!
