I have tried it. Not for beans though. I went through a phase of eating a lot of raw veggies. I just eliminated the culprits which were raw zucchini and cauliflower. Fortunately for me beans don't bother my digestive system in that way. Toot!
last night , at 2200 , est, in the chat room on AN , i had raw veggies and dip and 1.5 L h2o , and i had the very best of times

DH is interviewing for a job at the hospital I will be working at in the morning.
I am so looking forward to the change.... no more traveling for work, staying home with dh, hoping it will be easier to stay focused on the self-improvements I am trying out.

yes, perfectly grilled steak is one of summer's surest pleasures. add delicious accompaniments and you have the start of a great menu.
grilled flank steak with mango chutney

this versatile protein is at its best grilled and dressed up any way you like.
grilled chicken skewers with satay sauce
grilled chicken with parsley-caper sauce
grilled tandoori chicken and red onion skewers with couscous
fish
use a grill basket to keep fish and seafood from falling apart or falling into the fire.

grilled swordfish with seasoned asparagus

No beans here, but can I throw in a toot anyway? TOOT I hate to be left out of the fun, LOL.
Hikers home, sunburned and still wishing she were in a tent, LOL. We went hiking with the kids . . . not nearly as ummm, efficient as hiking without them :), but it's nice to stop and look at all of the bugs, lizards, etc, and just spend time playing. They spent hours trying to catch rabbits and just enjoying getting dirty. They're amazingly good at that last part, LOL.
It was soooo good to get away. We couldn't at all last summer because I had a full load of classes and both DH and I were working full-time.
