I went straight to the gym after work, but cut my cardio by ten minutes. I was just too pooped, but 30 minutes was o.k. with me. I'll try to make it again tomorrow.

Zoe, I'm trying to taste that breakfast and if you like then it's good, but sounds odd. LOL

LOL Tweety - it's ok, thanks for listening. ;) Good deal with the gym. That is one thing I have been doing . . . exercising . . . yeay! A friend has started walking with me and that has really helped, we have been walking between 3 and 4 miles a night within an hour, so that's been really good for me! I love it! Keep up the good work!

I went walking before work and it was very nice, my fav. walking route. I'm going to have some pix up soon. Anyway - I didn't want to walk but I made myself do it! I know that when I stop it's harder to start again (drat drat drat!)

As to bkfst, I was EXTREMELY skeptical about the ricotta at first. The first time I tried it it was cream of rice cereal, cooked, added 1/4 cup part skim ricotta, and 1/2 cup canned (Packed in juice) pears. If it's too cold after that you can always warm it up but I tell you - I fell in love at first bite!

Good deal with the gym. That is one thing I have been doing . . . exercising . . . yeay!

Supposedly helps with the PMS, moods, and etc. It's not about how you FEEL you are doing - fact is you're doing GREAT!

Aww, thanks Zoe!!! It was pouring last night, my friend and I started out walking in the community building, but then we decided to walk in the rain, we were both soaked by the time we were done, but it was wonderful! I love the rain and now today it's going to be sunny, so I am all excited! :)

Yeay on the walking to you as well Zoe, it is so wonderful! I am just like you though, I don't always want to go, but it is so much easier to stop than it is to start again, so I keep plugging away. It is worth it! ;)

Day number 4 of walking!!! Again, didn't want to - I was going to go right after an appt. (to avoid the "I'm home and I can't get up" syndrome, but I had to come home and powder my nose ... ;)

So I promised myself that as SOON as possible after that I'd get into my shorts and GO - do not pass go, etc etc. It was GORGEOUS out! I took along a 5 lb wt to do a little upper body stuff - who cared who saw me - so anyway - I am also eating pretty smart, TY guys for your inspiration - I pray I can continue! (and speaking of rain - I am always "concerned" that it is too rainy, sunny, cloudy, hot, cold, windy, humid, early, late; I'm too busy, sick, tired, full (THAT is a good one, HA HA!) etc etc...

Well have a good one everybody - nice to see you even if you only "check in" and say hi!

Sorry, don't have time to read today. I'm at that point where I feel incredibly lousy and un-energetic, I'm a mush-brain, and I look like heck.

Everyone who diets goes through this stage.

LOL Zoe - I tried to use the "too full" one on my friend last night, but he didn't buy it, good thing too because I needed to work off what I ate, hehe. Just remember, you are already doing this, so you can keep it up!

It's good that you know this tho -

My dangerous time is when people start to notice that I look better :( Then I start sabotaging myself -

Right now you need to give yourself a (non-food) reward. Something that feels good, or a present, or maybe a weekend away/day trip - something that says - GOOD JOB Angie! Cuz all the + feedback in the world from us won't mean diddly if you don't give it to yourself!

I'm on a campaign. DH has applied for a job and they seem to want him, but are waiting for the new office director to get oriented. He is the one who will have the final selection as to who gets hired. The waiting is getting to be a bit much. SO - please focus all your prayers, brain power, crossed fingers and toes and what ever other whammy you can conjure up towards this individual so we can figure out if we are moving or not!!!!!! At this point it almost doesn't matter (though it would be GREAT for DH's career if he gets this job). The waiting has been going on for about 5 weeks and it's making me testy. Do I need to prep my house to sell it or not? :angryfire

On a brighter note, I'm eating well, have been crunching my way along daily. Tuesday evenings aren't very good yet. It's the night I have an online chat for school, and I haven't gotten in the habit of having something ready to eat for dinner before the chat. Tired, hungry, and in a rush we order pizza, 3 weeks running now. Can start back to Curves tomorrow (was on a 2 week restriction after my lil procedure). I have been walking though, which was allowed.

How much altogether and is hubby on the wagon too? or off. I forget which is which. Is he noticing? HE BETTER!

HOW FRUSTRATING it is to wait! praying for a breakthrough! And congrats for holding it together :)

How bout a nice whole grain (I like 9 grain with seeds) bread with lettuce, tomato, lowfat cheese and I have a slice of low salt ham - or turkey - whatever you fancy - If the lettuce is already washed and in the fridge it is easy - and your fam can order the pizza.

But I think it's ok to have lasagna now and then :)

Edit: Ooops I meant to say "ok to have pizza" but I guess I had a freudian slip ;)
