i like that campbells microwaveable soup in a cup/can
i think it's one or 2 servings of veg[the vegetable soup]
but a $1.66 on sale they are a little pricy[but cheaper than the cafeteria]
but quick and easy for this shiftworker's lunchbox
i also take little fruit cups packed in juice only
lazy sunday afternoon

The tomato soup BOWL for example is 2 servings, each serving has 790 mg sodium so a whole bowl (which is about a good serving for ME!) has 1580 mg. Now it also says it would be 40-80 % of sodium; not sure what that means ... ANYWAY - - so how is our blood pressure?? Mine is very high :*(
Oh, the "Soup on hand" is one serving's worth, but it has 890 mg in that one serving ... how's your BP?

I do like fruit packed in juice, I get the larger cans, to eat with my oatmeal, I mix in some skim ricotta cheese for protein - not bad ... (sounds weird but it is like dessert)...

i even buy unsalted marg, can't stand the salty one
fruit, oatmeal, ricotta, not bad sounding
I THOUGHT I was ok with the BP, usually was 110 over 70. Then started getting migraines as part of PMS about 5 yrs ago - and I would go 200/110 sometimes with them!
I haven't had migraines for about a year now - but the BP stays around 170/80's sometimes - so I have to be careful with the salt. I'm sure the wt is partly responsible and also I need some exercise.
As to weighing less than you, welll, I am 4'11 and about 50 lb overwt, that's all I'm gonna tell you (at the risk of being hated...) LOL

Bluehair, I am quoting Tweety from another site who taught me how to multiquote:
