Has anyone else notice how bad hospitals have become am 7 years into health care and am happy . I will be retiring next year

I don't really understand what you are saying but why put into the 'Men in Nursing' forum? Also why have it tagged 'male nurses'? Are you attempting a bit of gender abuse....?

I can't speak to hospital nursing as I work in SNF but I can say the last 7 years have brought at least four times the required documentation we used to have. I spend way more time sitting [or standing] at a computer that I do actually nursing. So in that aspect, yeah nursing has gone downhill.
