The Saipanes employer who interviewd me yesterday told me that the facility id St Jude Renal care or center. Do you happen to know that facility? Im also curious on how will be the processing? is it the same for US visa? and of course the salary? wat facility are you anyway? thanks a lot! Are you also a Filipino?

Hello roseller02,

I was also interviewed by the employer from St. Jude Renal Care Facility 1 year ago. I was one of the 15 applicants but they decided to hire the first 5 applicants for batch 1. They didn't hire another batch so lucky for the first batch. Can I ask what agency did you apply? I'm wondering if they are still under the same agency before. I hope to hear from you.Thank you.

please i want an advice:

i wanna ask if im qualified to the hib visa offered by my employer?? i only had 1 year hospital experience.. what should i do??

i took and passed the NCLEX state of california,, im planning to transfer it in new jersey because im afraid it might get abondoned for i wasnt able to give sss number.. i took year2008.. i only have 1 and a half years to work on it.. how can i transfer it to new jersey? and if ever i did,, could i have the license already?? unlike in california you cant have the license unless you give them your sss number..

i also want to go to the USA, hopefully if this employer helped me out,, how can i and my bf possibly go there together, he 's also a nurse,, but he didnt took the NCLEX exam yet,.. what visa can he possibly have? can he work there as a nursing assistant temporarily?? thanks!!

What is your specialty? Most likely 1 year experience isn't going to be enough experience. You must have a bachelors in a specialized field in order to qualify for a H1b visa and have several years experience in that field. Just having a BSN isn't going to qualify.

Yes, make sure that you have your results saved. There's no need to transfer your license to a state that doesn't require a ss# because there's no point in having a license if you can't work and you're not even in the country and may not be here for several years anyway. Just make sure that you have you NCLEX results saved that way you wont have to take the exam over again. Good Luck

Your boyfriend will have to find his own visa to go to the US with which if he hasn't passed NCLEX will be very hard also not sure what experience he has to whether he will qualify for H1b or not. Also if you was married he could come with you but he would not be allowed to work

Hello roseller02,

No they are under SGS Human resources before. I hope they will hire again. Are they only hiring Male Nurses? Before they wanted the first batch to go there under a student visa for fast deployment with $960 allowance i think...free accommodation and depends on your performance if they will hire you.

Did you accept the job? I think it is a good opportunity while waiting for your priority date to be current. At least you get to practice in a U.S. Territory.

Whoa, student visa ! It doesn't seem right. What are they going to be studying ( they have to be full time student and only be able to work part time)? And you have to pay to come ? How are these students going to pay for their schooling? Does not seem right to me.

Yes because you will be in a training program specializing hemodialysis. Its like a Post graduate course. You have to pay for your tuition fee , plane tickets , visa processing, but they will give you allowance for that and they are offering free accommodation and if they will like your performance they will hire you.But if not and you finish the course you have to go back home.

Pardon my skepticism, but does this sound like a good deal to you? How much money does this involve and would you be able to recoup that cost with the allowance they will give you? Can you live on that allowance? And what kind of housing are you getting and how many "students" are they going to squeeze inside these "living quarters"? I know the cost of living in Saipan is not the same as mainland US but this deal is pretty scary to me especially since there is no guarantee that you will be employed after the "training period". I am just a bit leary especially with the media focus on how poorly treated Saipan's contact workers are. That is actually the reason why Saipan is now under USCIS immigration rules.

Thanks for the reply!

i got confused,, because the letter that was sent to me stating that i passed the nclex.. It says there i have completed all the reqyuirements except submitting sss number to get a license.. but then without submitting sss number within 3 years,, my papers will get abondoned... So that means i will be retaking the NCLEX exam if i didnt able to give them my sss number??? what does that means?

so what should i do?, if my employer is giving me H1b visa, she also said that i have to stick with that visa... she knew that i dont have specialty on simething.. that is a eastern shore rehabilitation center in NJ..

If you truly have the H1B Visa on hand, you will be eligible for a US SSN once you arrive in NJ. You will be able to forward your NCLEX result from CA to NJ and should get an RN License in NJ. It may take a while for you to receive your license and this may hold you from starting work as an RN.

Back in the H1A Visa days (1990's), we didn't take the NCLEX in the Philippines. We actually waited until we arrived in the US and took the NCLEX here.
