wow thank you so much for the reply,at 8am in california i was calling them still no answer.. is there anything more like forms etc. that i need to add ? or thats just it the fee would be in a bank draft form right? after they received this they will be the one to send the nclex test results directly to connecticut?? i just want to make sure sir.

hi evryone :) I need your help, i am planning to endorse my NCLEX to connecticut, The connecticut BON is asking me to have the california BON sent them the official result of my exam so i can start with the application.. i have been contacting the California phone numbers and email for a week already but still no answer. Does anyone know how to send a request of that to california?? i mean the forms, procedure and the fee?? anyone here?? Thank you guys, God bless

Hi guys :) I would just like to ask anyone here who knows where to endorse NCLEX since Vermont is now requiring SSN this coming March 2015, now that we have to endorse it to another state, Do you guys have any idea what state does NOT require CES (credential evaluation service) which cost a lot $385. we have the same situation.. I am an nclex passer too, and i was also told that there are some companies that are accepting nclex passers.. just now i tried to asked some agencies here in manila, i got 2 out of 10 accepting nclex passers, but it still needs confirmation from the employer though.. I dont want to take exams anymore, hoping that they will accept it.. considering it has the same testing center which is pearson vue. PS: pls tell us if u do know some agencies that are accepting nclex passers to work in UAE Please pray that our nclex will be accepted.

yes i considered working to another country like libya aside from usa and canada and will leave soon, it is just that i was thinking about my future since i do have application in usa and im not losing hope about it. i do know that it is still recession in america and hard to find a job there but im not the only one here who has the same problem. im aware of it all,, just taking chances if theres any. nurses here in pinas do get a job just for the sake of having the "required"experience ( sad but thats the reality) we sure do want to stay here to work and serve our country but we do also consider the salary we get, you dont wanna live forever here getting paid 8-10,000 php/month if you/re aware of it. and it is ALSO hard to look for a job here as nurse you do need to get somebody to back you up just to get the job ( it is not what you know, it is whom you know) some of us do volunteer work without pay ( if u are aware of it). So we are just hoping for the best and not losing hope going wherever we want to.

That is so expensive indeed they must give a bit of consideration coz i think there is no difference when u move to another state, they just want us to pay and pay and pay.. Sorry but thats what i think. Oh well cant do anything bout tht it"s there rules. Thanks again silverdragon :)

Back in 2009 my employer was offering me h1b visa or working visa, but that time i did a research that h1b is for specialty occupation which i am not qualified at that time because i dont even hve hospital experience back then, my employer knew it. But still theyre willing to file for h1b which i think is a 50/50 situation and also i will be paying for all the fees as they have stated to the message sent to me. Now my question is, how come they seem to be like 100percent sure im gonna have h1b visa? While my friends and co nurses tell me that h1b is not usually given bcoz there is high risk of getting denied.. Is it because im gonna pay for the fee and not them so it doesnt bother them once denied?

If you would like to apply for an immigrant visa you would have to speak directly with your employer (***ToS no names of employers***) and find out whether or not they are willing to do this type of visa application for you. *At this point the H1B visa is already in process and is awaiting approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. *This H1B visa, if approved, will allow you to come to the U.S.legally and work in the U.S. legally; you can then discuss options for an immigrant visa with your employer. *2. Please take the IELTS as soon as possible so that the scores can be submitted for the purposes of obtaining your CGFNS/Visa Screen Certificate .*3. You will have to pay for the visa screen certificate. *If you would like to discuss other payment arrangements or possible reimbursement, you will have to discuss that directly with your employer. *4. HI everyone:) i have an employer from OHIO and im done with the interview last month theysaid they're gonna think what kind of visa they will provide me.. yesterday i talked to them and said they chose immigrant visa since working visa has a high risk of getting denied. i know immigrant visa will take time, they said it will take like 1 and a half to 2 yrs of processing.. I know that it's not true coz i can hear alot of stories that it really takes a whole lot of time (3 to 5 yrs?) my question is: 1. it's 2012 already,, is it still gonna take 3 to 5 yrs? before i get the visa?... 2. is it the same process for us nurses to have immigrant visa with the family petition which i believe is also immigrant visa?? hope you can give me an idea with this. thank YOU
