So you went Spring, Fall, Spring Fall. How was it with the break in the summer?

I have the kindle edition of this.

I have the kindle edition of this.

Do you like the kindle version? I have a kindle and iPad, but I'm so weary about having textbooks and such on that because I like flipping through the pages ect

I prefer "real" books for the same reason but the convenience of having access whenever you have your phone is what turned me in that direction. Being able to get in a few minutes of review here and there away from home or school without having to drag a massive book everywhere makes it worthwhile to me.

I am the same way. I have the HESI study book for the entrance exam and it was an older version so I decided that I was going to purchase the newest edition on my iPad and I honestly didn't use it as much as I did the book when I was studying for the HESI. So I am not sure which way I will go, maybe half and half?

I am probably going to pick up a used Saunders review book, both to have a "real" book and for the added bonus of 2 different approaches.

I'm a little late to the discussion but I also made it into the spring class! There was a lot of great info in the posts. Thanks for sharing!

Congratulations!

The break in the summer sucked to be honest, you forget a lot of your nursing knowledge. I didn't go over anything in summer, just relaxed. :-)

I thought about the potential of this happening to me as well. The only advantage I can think of here is for those of us who still have coreqs to complete (A&P II and MB for me) so we don't have to take them with our core classes.

Any particular skills/concepts to devote extra attention to over the summer?
