GSU FALL 2010

hi to all blson aspirants,

let me start by saying that i am a little bit nervous because fall 2010 applicants are the first that are required to take the teas test. i'm also a little bit excited to have come this far. i'm hoping to get accepted into the fall 2010 program.

i will be keeping in touch with this website as much as i can this semester. to all 2010 nursing school applicants, i sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

Looking back at the Spring 2009 thread it appears that the status remains the same in GoSolar fow a while after people were notified by letter.

Hey All-

I called GSU today and they said that some acceptances have been sent out, but they are still reviewing appliactions as well. Not all acceptance letters have been sent yet....I was told they had over 300 applicants for about 70 slots--(35 accelerated, 35 traditional).

Also, in terms of the Go Solar status, they don't change that. So, no worries that it still says Complete and Ready for Review.

hi everyone,

I called GSU today to ask a question and while I was on the phone I asked about letters being sent out. They said the only people who would have even been considered/received a letter are those people who have at least a 3.9 GPA(overall I'm assuming) and at least 90% on the TEAS. Just thought I would share this with everyone.

OK, well then I'm definitely not getting a letter anytime soon. By the way, I wanted to thank all of you who give us updates on what the office tells you. It's nice to have as much info as possible during these times of high anxiety . Anyone get a 'golden ticket' yet?? Good luck!

YAY congrats Datl!! I was wondering if you did since you had the 3.9 and almost 90 Teas score :) Was that your program GPA or overall GPA?

That is my program GPA - I don't think they looked at anything outside of that with my previous degree. And best of luck to you!
