GRU CNL PROGRAM 2016 admissions

Published

Hi, will anyone here be applying for the 2016 admissions for the CNL program at GRU in Augusta, GA?! If so could you share some of your career background/experience and stats! Also if some of you who are currently or have been in the program could give some input that would be awesome too!!

I got a 434, which I was pleased with considering I felt like I was getting my butt handed to me the second half of the test lol. I studied a lot over the past few months, however about 5% of what I reviewed was actually applicable in the end. I DO feel like I'm prepared to go on Jeopardy now, should they ever come calling;)

Awesome! Remind me again, which campus are you hoping for?

I'm applying for the Augusta campus. I'm trying to polish up my essay in order to submit my application this evening. I underestimated how nervous I would feel about my essay, I swear, I've read it about 20 times and am still looking for hidden things to tweak, lol. I imagine that's how most are feeling prior to submitting though:)

Yep, that's EXACTLY how I felt. Send it to someone to proofread, and then turn that sucker in! You'll be fine!!

Haha my poor husband. He spends all day reading his 7th grade students' papers and then gets to come home and proofread more. Here's to hoping mine is a smidgen better than theirs!;)

That's awesome!! I'm sure you'll get in. I'm still on the fence about applying.

My application was verified in NursingCas woo hoo!!! Does anyone know if you get notified by GRU once they actually have the application in their possession? Also what is the average time frame for getting news back on whether or not you get an interview? Im so nervous i cant stand it :)!

Ambake, did it take your application about 4 weeks to get verified as well?

It took around 3 weeks for me!

After reading through my essay about 10 times, I finally took the plunge and submitted. Let the wait begin:)

Hey everyone! Quick question. I just got sent a supplemental application. Does this mean I'm one step closer to being accepted? Thanks and good luck to everyone

I did as well, I believe everyone who applied receives it.
