GRU CNL PROGRAM 2016 admissions

Hi, will anyone here be applying for the 2016 admissions for the CNL program at GRU in Augusta, GA?! If so could you share some of your career background/experience and stats! Also if some of you who are currently or have been in the program could give some input that would be awesome too!!

What exactly was the issue with the P/F course? I was told they (NursingCAS) didn't calculate any GPA for P/F courses. I had to call GRU admissions this morning and they had to recalculate my GPA themselves bc I had many P/F courses that were considered a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Not yet, ddunlap but hopefully soon. I had my transcripts and everything sent in months ago, just needed my test scores to come back "officially" to be able to submit on NursingCAS. Formally applied last night around 9, completed the supplemental application this afternoon, and NursingCAS finished verifying my application/transcripts about an hour ago according to the email. Hoping hearing back from GRU goes as quickly/smoothly as my application has.

On mine they accidentally wrote in that a P/F course was a C- instead of CR. Once it was corrected, my GPA was corrected. I had a lot of "P" and "CR" courses that we awarded for military training, they didn't factor into my GPA at all.

it took about a month. Everything was verified October 6th and my interview was November 13th. I hope you hear something soon. Waiting is the worst part.

did they send you the supplemental application the day after you applied? I feel like I'm the only one that got it sent after my interview.

Yes,they sent me the supplemental application around 1PM yesterday. I submitted to NursingCAS the night before that around 8 or 9PM. My GPA was calculated and available last night at 7PM. So what can I do now? justwait?

Yep! Just wait and they will send you an email with your interview information. I wonder why they sent mine so late. Hmm

Maybe they just got it out to everyone? I remember at the open house I went to they said it was being tweaked still, but that was back in September/October. How long did it take to hear from them regarding the interview?

I haven't heard back from the interview yet.. But it hasn't even been 3 weeks yet. I'm not sure how long it takes to hear back. Maybe 3-6 weeks? To those who have been accepted how long did it take after your interview?

Sorry, I wasn't clear with my question :p I meant how long from the time your application was verified/complete according to NursingCAS to when they invited you to interview?

I didn't get the supplemental until after my interview, either. In fact, I didn't get it until after they called to tell me I was accepted. I think they just didn't have it ready and sent it out when it finally was.
