Hi, will anyone here be applying for the 2016 admissions for the CNL program at GRU in Augusta, GA?! If so could you share some of your career background/experience and stats! Also if some of you who are currently or have been in the program could give some input that would be awesome too!!

Hey! I'm applying for Fall 2016. My gpa is 3.06 and current GRE is 297. I'm retaking it at the end of the month. I hope to get in this go round!

That's great! Will this be your first time applying? And which study material will you be using? I am going to take the GRE at the end of September so I would like to begin studying now.

No I applied for this fall but I submitted all of my stuff too late.

Magoosh, Kaplan, quizlet, and a crash course book

Thank you, I will probably try the Kaplan study guides and test.

I also spoke with Emily and she informed me that the average GRE score of accepted students was a 302. But they require at least a 290.

Cool! I'm hoping for 305.

Hey y'all. I'm applying for Fall 2016, too. I have a 3.48 undergrad GPA, a 3.2 postgrad GPA, and I scored 450 on the MAT. I've been teaching elementary school for the past eleven years.

That's great! What study material did you use for the MAT? I will be taking it in September and would love to start prepping for it.

Hi Everyone! I'm planning on applying to the 2016 CNL cohort as well:) Currently I'm completing an 8-week A&P II course and will be taking Micro immediately following. Provided I continue to do well, I should have a 3.05 when I apply in December, with Chem I and Stats left to complete next spring. I was a Russian and Farsi linguist in the Navy and attended a rigorous language school in 2002. Unfortunately it took me a little while to catch my footing as a brand new sailor and linguist, and my early grades in the Russian course reflected such. Aside from my early grades at language school, my undergrad GPA is a 3.8 and my pre-req GPA is a 4.0 so far. I'm planning to take the GRE in early December, and am using the Manhattan Prep 8-book set to prepare. It's really in-depth! Although it's pricey on Amazon, I was able to snag a used set from a seller so that's always an option! As for my background, I spent 10 years in the Navy as an airborne linguist and intel analyst, followed by 3 years (and counting) as an intel analyst on the civilian side. Good luck to everyone!!!!:)

Wow that's awesome! I'm still an undergrad student and will be graduating this December and will be taking the MAT in October. I currently work at a family practice office and completed my internship in cardiopulmonary rehab. My undergrad degree will be in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise physiology.
