Well, it's time for another application process. I don't know about y'all but I am ready to start this program! I have been reading these threads and boards for what feels like years trying to do all that I can to get in!! And I have finally reached that time.
I just turned in my application. I hope some of y'all are out there reading this. I would like to know who all is applying this year. I just wish it wouldn't take until JULY to find out if we make it in or not!! I understand why but dang! I don't want to commit to something else and then look like a flake 'when' I get my yes from Grayson!
I just wanted to know where you stood on the points line and how many times you've applied OR if you are currently in the program what kind of advice you can lend and give.
How long did it take for most of you to receive your blue card? I did mine a little over a week ago and just wanted to know when I should start worrying.
I got mine in about 6 days. But some have taken longer.
yay! that is so exciting! i was wait listed. i guess my math was off because my letter said i only ended up with 21 points. do you know how their wait list works? i know at some schools once you're on the wait list they do a "lottery" to see who will get in. hope it doesn't work that way here!
I was told that they still go by points, but hang in there cause chaotic fury and C.WIN accepted at other schools. So once they send back their letters to decline your chances are pretty good.
I'm really hoping I get in. Initially I only applied as a "back up" because honestly its VERY far from my house; however, after going out to the campus and communicating with the staff back and forth a lot I have really come to like the school and am looking forward to (hopefully) going there. Did you get your email yet?
