Talk to the financial aid department at the school, and consider joining some nursing associations, because I believe they sometimes offer scholarships. You might even ask students above you about local scholarships, or even local hospitals.

the application process was really easy in terms of speaking to someone from the school on how to fill out the application, what GPA was required, and all that.. they were very helpful.. the only part that was a little challenging for me was passing the TEAS V test which is needed also because i was transferring from another college with all my prerequiste. so i had to study extra hard for that and even took some prep courses to pass it. But other than that the school was very helpful in answering questions that you might have concerning getting into the nursing school. And the application process was not bad at all

Look up scholarships that you qualify for. You'd be surprised how many are out there. I just started applying for them last week and have done atleast 40. They have ranged from scholarships for police officer spouses, veteran daughters, mom of more than one child and married mothers.
