Grand Canyon RN-BSN

Published

Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?

Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?

You are going to be fine Pink, you need to learn to just roll with it. If you encounter stress then vent here. We will have a laugh, help you out, and then you can focus on what really matters.

Don't meltdown!!! Unless TII brings back a 23%....

If nothing else, the GCU technical support page has Microsoft Office that you can download for free. If you have questions, they will guide you through the steps.

Dear allnurses GCU community! :)

My next classes are going to be Ethics, Leadership and Trends. Any advice on professors? Good or bad. I will greatly appreciate your help! I am in Spirituality now and have the professor that was highly recommended from this forum - I am very satisfied. Thank you guys!!!!

Now, next three classes. For Ethics I have one really good recommendation, but I cannot catch this professor... Maybe you will suggest someone else from personal experience? And, for Trends and Leadership too. Thanks in advance to everyone, who will PM me!!!!

Sent you my recommendations! Good Luck!

Lol! True! Especially with 15% of "Submitted to GCU papers" and underlined Running head and page number on every page, references in parenthesis, class name and section, article "the" all over etc.etc.etc.....

Sent you my recommendations! Good Luck!

Thanks a lot, Winter!

Every paper I did--besides Capstone----was done in 1 day......For some reason Sunday at noon was a good time to start, lol

So glad I am not alone...Crunch time is when my creative juices get flowing! In the first class we talked about what habits we were going to change, and I vowed to avoid procrastinating  Yup, that lasted until about half way into the second class.

I once busted the 20% mark, simply changed my title, and not a single thing else, and was below the magic number.

It sounds funny when you read it here :)

But, last week due to this TII :banghead: with its wired way of determining similarities I submitted my paper literally at 11:59 pm :nailbiting:

That was my first time dealing with such situation at the very last moment. I think I got some grey hair that night :angrybird10:

WOW! cool! You've got a trick with that TII :)

I thought that you have to keep title exactly as it says in the assignment section.

I have always used a different title for my papers until recently. Now it is just similar to the assignment description. Why do I need to be creative on a title. My last paper came back with 1% from TII and the only hit was the title/running head. Guess I am doing something correct.

I usually do not direct quote now, I reword everything and cite really well.
