Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?
Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?
Do you enjoy GCU? Do you find it a good fit for you?
I am finding it a good fit to this point. Now that I'm in the groove can't see going elsewhere. Have 2 wks left of this class then I am 1/3 of the way done. Whew!!
Keeping my eye on the prize - my BSN, and a trip to Thailand.
Then on to masters........
So the statistics class opened up today and I wasn't lucky enough to get one of the recommended instructors. I looked through the class and am not sure if I should be worried. The things that worry me are, I have not found tutorial youtube videos that others have mentioned having. There are KhanAcademy videos, but haven't watched any yet. What does bother me is there is very little announcements to read. She does not state expectations, except once she said "as per GCU policy"..
If you go to youtube and type in HLT362, that alone will bring up the videos that are exactly like the worksheets in excel. Just do it! you will be fine.
Thank you everyone for the help on the STATS issue. I will work on it later today. I want to have at least the first two discussion posts completed.
Concepts in Community and Public Health is completed and the final project submitted. It looked scary but if broken into parts, and completed diligently, it is easily doable. Didn't have to change anything because Turnitin liked the paper (2%).
Oh, and Puddles, I love your avatar. It seems fitting at GCU and this forum!

Rob - That's Fred. He was hand raised as he was an orphan. About as tame as a Roo is going to get. LOVES you if you have a handful of almonds, which I did at the time. LOL Have thought about making it my avatar for GCU, but not sure they would see the humor. hehe
This week is finish the CLC, then the final project for Community for me. Wish me luck!
*holding breath here*

I am so in awe of all of you who are at the CapStone Level. I can't even imagine.
As a newbie.. I will just plug along.
It my employer agrees, I will start 3/9. I had so many things going on late last year.. the wait was the best decision for me.
