I liked the Ethics class best but had a good instructor that added conversation too (not required added questions but just to keep us thinking). Maybe you will like it, who knows. Good Luck!

MEE TOO! I just finished this past Sunday. Maybe we were in the same class? Congrats!!! I Went to Disneyland the next day! LOL!

As of last Sunday, I am officially done and have completed my BSN program! whoo hoo!! I was waiting to see my grade on my capstone which was an A-, and I am extremely happy about that! I couldn't have asked for a better instructor who was available and encouraging too! Time to party and sleep, then party some more!!

I am in week 3 of Capstone and really like my instructor (I gambled and just took one they gave me) but this class is way too busy! I turned in Week 2's review of the literature that was supposed to be 1500-2000 words not counting references. Mine was 15 pages and 3550 words! I told her I cant reduce the words because they want 1-2 paragraph answers per question. There are 4 questions in each lit review! I am so tired and need a week to sleep. She graded it already and she actually reads them. I got a 94%. Did I mention I am tired?

We just bought a new truck 3 weeks ago and got the $500 off the price too! I will take it wherever I can get the discount! whoo hoo!

I am finishing up my last week of AMP450, thanks to Flames. It was straightforward and pretty easy but I had a really good instructor too. She was not a hard grader but she was involved in a good way.

Yes, thanks Tokmom, I know the recommended instructors. At this point, I just want to be done and will settle for an ok instructor. I just don't want one that I "should avoid at all costs".

Hi everyone! Been crazy busy and heading into last week of my elective class, then taking a week off (we are moving), then heading into capstone with who knows who... Just want to be over and done with it. I have a question about capstone, ok make that two . Some of you who have taken capstone already (lucky!) mention 39 pages or close to it. How many pages is minimum? Also I know who to request for instructor and I wont know until the Friday before that class, but who should I absolutely avoid? Thank You VERY MUCH!

And excuse me princess, but you are part of the group and if you want to get started, tell us your ideas and we will work from there. Get off your throne and put some effort into it instead of assuming that we (the other 2 in group) were going to start everything up! The nerve of some people!

Winter, Hope the dust has settled a little bit for you. I am in my week 5 of Trends, then AMP450, then Capstone. But our family was hoping to move this summer but no luck on finding a house rental yet. The perfect house awaits us, but I fear it will shine while I am in Capstone.. But cannot pass up a good house when its available..

Week 4 just ended of Trends and it was a CLC assignment ppt on continuing education. Also due was how a bill becomes law. The ladder seemed pretty easy but I probably did not do it correctly (no Rubric to follow). Each assignment was worth 150 points. My problem was the CLC group. I volunteered to do the first 2 parts (knowing I was working the weekend it was due) and I got it done by Wednesday. Only 3 people in my group and one guy in my group proceeded to tell me all that was wrong on mine. The other person, could not write English to the point, that I do not understand what she is trying to say. The punctuation is all over the place, very poor spelling, and I think if you had English 100 prior to AA degree, this would not be a problem. But then again, if she is from another country, maybe not required. My point is that this program is heavy on being correct with all she had wrong, so how does one pass every class?? I got home from work Sunday to find that the guy turned in the power point as is. Yes he asked her to clear up her work, and she never replied. I looked at what he turned in and her part was very poor and no speaker notes!!! OMG!! Worse CLC group ever! There is a spellcheck if your English writing is bad. I will let you know how it all turns out. I am barely hanging on to an A as it is because the other assignment the week before did not have a rubric because it was a personal reflection paper (450-600) words. Mine was 660 with title page and references. She knocked 20% off and said "great paper, but a little more in depth on your relating to your future"! What? So I looked at my paper and it does nothing but reflect on my future.... She said she will take another look but I have not heard anything. I even sent her a note saying it was unfair to knock that much off when there was no rubric. had there been a rubric, it probably would of knocked 3% off or something close to it..

Flames, I am in Trends now and then have an "anything" class to choose. Then it is Capstone for me. Any of those better than the other?

Wow, I must be lucky, I have had the same one since April last year and she extremely helpful! She just saved me taking an elective by using my certification as credits!
