Grand Canyon RN-BSN

Nursing Students Online Learning

Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?

Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?

I don't think there is anything wrong with a little overboard if it's appreciated. :)

Amen. I really appreciate diamonds. Well, I used to, now I appreciate things like a Keurig, a NuWave, k-cups for the Keurig, somebody else grocery shopping...LOL

I am looking forward to Ethics as well (and Stats). When is Santa bringing you those three letters behind your name?

I just finished Ethics yesterday and LOVED the instructor I had! And today I started Stats. Not quite the excitement for that class even though I have one of the best instructors for it. Been reading today but it is all a lot of jargon. I start seeing blah blah blah... I can do it!

Google the jargon, lol. You can do this!

I am working on my (already late) Leadership powerpoint. It is crazy boring. I'm technically in week 5 though, so it is almost over. I've got to do assignment 4, both DQs, participation, and assignment 5 and then hope I am never in a position of real leadership because I don't think I learned much (I also didn't read much, so it is my own darn fault) :angrybird9:  :bag:

That's the third boring comment I've heard about that class!!! That's the next class to add to this crazy woman's schedule!

Nothing to hide about, you are getting it done! What do you have left 3 classes after this week? You can do it!

Hate nights when I'm not sleeping by midnight!

Week 2 in Ethics and not a peep in the CLC. I nearly caved tonight, but dear hubs shut my computer on me. I'm giving it til Saturday night. Agreement is due Sunday. Wonder if I'll last?

Thanks Winterwhite! I feel ready to work hard this morning and start making checks on my To-do list.

I have Patho, Trends, and the capstone for sure. I also might take another class with GCU "AMP-450V Leadership and Vocation" because my SSA said I needed 12 classes because I need the upper level credits and for financial aid reasons (I didn't have to take stats). So I could test out for just the credits, but it might be better if I just take an "easy" upper level class for the financial aid and the credits. I'm not working as a nurse so it is probably a little bit different for me.

Maybe I will ask to take a non leadership class for the last one. 0762.png

Wish I had not taken 6 months off,lol Would be done I have 3 more to go after this Leadership class...then 2 more I can test out of! Weird on how those 2 that I can test out of--have changed...seems everything I get a new counselor..those 2 classes change!!

Some groups are like that...I usually email everyone ASAP..some reply, some don't!! Just the way that it is! I was told to expect the CLC projects to be a nightmare before I even started this program.....I have been fortunate the most part
