Graduated! And first job!

Published

I graduated Friday...thank the Lord! It's been a hard semester, thank you all for your prayers. I'm the one that was scared I wouldn't be able to finish school because of my mom's diagnosis of ovarian cancer. I was able to survive and my mom is doing the same! She's doing wonderfully.

So graduated Friday and got a job offer today! It's at a gastroenterology clinic. I will start off through a temp agency as a medical assistant for 3 months (since I dont' have my license yet), this will also serve as my orientation. I'm so nervous! But so, so excited. Everyone in my class wanted this job and I got it!:D

Anyone with gastro experience willing to shed a bit of light onto what I will be doing? I'm at a loss. I am so excited though, I feel like applauding myself and screaming lol:yeah::p

congratulations & good luck !!!!!!!!!!

I don't have any advice but wanted to say congratulations. I will be starting school on the 11th of Aug.

Just wanted to say congrats! I can only imagine how proud you must feel!:balloons::flwrhrts:
