Golden West College Spring 2020

Hi everyone, I am new to this site. I was wondering if any pre-nursing students will be applying to the Golden West College ADN program this June for Spring 2020. If so, can you please share your experience as well as how many points you are applying with? Hope to hear from you. Thanks in advance.

My best friend is starting her final semester in the nursing program at gwc and she looked up her acceptance letter from 2 years ago and it was dated August 7th. :)

I was reading in past forums and they usually got it around mid August... that’s why I thought letters would be sent out this week

I constantly refresh the GWC nursing page. My coworker who got in last semester told me they would update it when letters are sent but I haven’t seen any updates. The wait is killing me!

I also applied for spring 2020! I only applied with 76 points so I don't have high hopes at all, but it doesn't hurt to try.
I looked in last spring's forum and it looks like they were notified mid September ?

The GWC Nursing page just got updated. It says that the news sections will be updated when letters are sent out. It also says to check back early October for any updates. I guess we all have to wait until October to find out. At least now we know when we'll find out.

@KayDee90 I've heard of people getting in during spring with 73 points but last semester the cut off was 81.

I had 76 and didn't get in so I reapplied.

October?!?! Gah that’s so late. They are getting later and later with their letters. Guess we will wait!
