I've had my MacBook Pro for almost 8 years and I love it. I'm finally looking to buy a new one but only cuz mine is so old it doesn't run the newer software. NO REGRETS on buying a MAC. And 95% or more of the students in my nursing school are on MAC's. ❤️ I had PC's before that and the hard drives kept burning out right after the 1 year warranty expired. MAC for sure!

@Bserena94 Hey there. . . .Ok. Idk where you live but I'm in Cali and I can tell you that despite them saying the passing TEAS score was 65% at my CC ADN choices . . . the people getting in were getting 90s on the TEAS. Also, the GPA average was 3.5 or higher and A's in the 3 core sciences. If you really want it look around because some of the CC programs take a certain number of people off a wait list. I've heard of it taking several years to get in off the wait list but hey. . . if you want it badly enough it won't matter. I ended up going to a private school and I wish I had done that sooner instead of wasting a year on applications and getting wait listed. My program is intense but I have no regrets! Also, I got my CNA license while I was applying and I got a job at a local hospital and Its great experience. I recommend it. Good luck! Where there's a will there's a way ❤️

@pmc888 I also transferred nutrition in and it counted AND they took my pharmacology class too ??? anyone who needs the critical reasoning book let me know I have it. Whatever it costs to rent on amazon I'll match it. :)

@epowetata it took a minute for them to approve my statistics class and I took mine in Chapman Universities Business School. Which I thought would for sure be approved from the beginning. Dont worry I think they'll work with you.

@epowetata they didnt want to take a few of mine either . . Statistics being one of them but I got a syllabus like they asked and they approved it. If it qualifies they'll wave it. In my experience so far everyone at the school has tried to help as much as they can. Good luck.

I took a few more 8 week prereqs at a local jc while attending my first quarter at WCU in order to get done faster. Best of luck to you

@rebecca_96 Hey . . . Congrats!!! I'm just finishing up my first quarter at WCU-OC. And so far I'm happy with the program. I have Pinson for FYS and Morales for Phil 341. Both have been great. Take them if you can. I dont need a roommate but I am going to sell my Phil 341 book after the quarter ends if you're interested. Also, I'm a single mom, I have 4 classes, and I work as a nurse assistant at a local hospital and I'm getting straight A's - so dont worry - You got this!! Goodluck!

The first quarter they also gave me, and a friend of mine who's also starting, 2 classes - FYS and Critical reasoning so any advice is appreciated! @nina85 I applied With 76 points too and I'm in the alternate pool. I wonder what the deciding factor was!? How many times have you applied?

@courtcat @erickamcb I've been applying for the past year too. Dont give up! I believe cypress or cerritos does some lottery choices and long beach does a certain % off of a waitlist. This is my second round of applications too. ???

@Adang the forms hes talking about are sent out by BSN and MSN programs. UCI, UCLA and APU all sent them to the ppl who did my LOR's but GWC and the other AA program I applied for did not.
