Golden West College Spring 2020

Hi everyone, I am new to this site. I was wondering if any pre-nursing students will be applying to the Golden West College ADN program this June for Spring 2020. If so, can you please share your experience as well as how many points you are applying with? Hope to hear from you. Thanks in advance.

I received my letter today, I am in the alternate pool. I believe I apply with 66 points. I wasn't expecting any chance so I am happy with this. Another waiting game begins. Good luck everyone!!

Do you mind telling us what city you live in? Just so we can know when to expect our letter by!

Hopefully you get in. I was anxious when the mail came and bummed when I didn’t have anything from GWC.

That’s how I felt too! I’m in the cypress area. I’m thinking i’ll get my letter on Monday.

Hey guys I just got home from work and I opened up my letter and started crying when I read the first word, "Congratulations!" I got accepted with 78 points. Good luck to the rest of you, let me know who else got in please I want to know who my future nurse classmates are going to be ?

Congratulations!!!! On the letter did it say what the point range was for students that were accepted?

No it does not, it just says "your point total has gained you conditional admittance." Then it goes on to explain that Conditional admittance means that you must send an e-mail by october 4th to confirm you are accepting the space. And also completing the pre-enrollment requirements within the specified time frames. but it doesn't even specify how many points yourself got.

I live in Huntington Beach! Got mine today. Had to wait all day at work before coming to find it! I’ll see my fellow nursing students in spring ❤️
