Golden West College Spring 2020

Hi everyone, I am new to this site. I was wondering if any pre-nursing students will be applying to the Golden West College ADN program this June for Spring 2020. If so, can you please share your experience as well as how many points you are applying with? Hope to hear from you. Thanks in advance.

u will get in spring! Usually fall is the hardest as it is the most competitive ... I also didn't get in the fall when applied x2

usually u will get in for sure if ur at 80+ pts but between 76-80 for fall u can get on the alternate list or rejected

For spring 76-80 pts is good chance to get accepted.. 80+ is sure in fosho..

How many times did you apply all together? And what semester are you in your program now?

i remember i got rejected for fall x2 haha , im in 2nd semester ?

Did you take more classes in the mean time to boost your points up? How many points did you get in with?

I had everything done alrdy just had to retake my teas to get a better score i got in with like 70 something under 80 forgot exact number..

This is my first time applying to GWC. I applied for Spring 2020 with 90 points. I am SO nervous, I check the GWC nursing website multiple times a day for any notifications of when they will let us know. It is literally driving me insane and makes my anxiety gradually go up as each day passes.

I also plan on applying to 5 other programs just incase

Saddleback, Rio Hondo, LBCC, Santa Ana, and Cypress.

LBCC applications open August 5-9.

The others open in September

Cerritos opens in January.

I’m not sure but, threads for previous years showed people getting letters in mid September.

Omg for some reason I thought it was much sooner then September! When I read that I had a mini heart attack. ??‍♀️
