Gloucester County College Nursing Fall 2011 Hopefuls?

Hi everyone!

Thought I could start this thread for anyone that is applying to the GCC Nursing Program this spring? I'm just getting my portfolio organized and prepared. I have to take the HESI one more time on Feb 24th and attend an info session on Feb 28th and I'm all set. I'm so nervous! But, I'm going to try to be optimistic. I look forward to hearing from you guys :) Take Care~

No. He didn't specialize in substance abuse at all. They just let a NP go.... so they were desperately looking for one ASAP. I guess he was just lucky. Today is his first day and he's super nervous! But I know he will do great :D

Adelphi contacted me and said I just need to apply, take the TEAS test and meet with a member of transfer services to have my credits evaluated. Still thinking about this though.......

unfortunately, i don't think my credits will even transfer to a school in ny. Gloucester County College isn't even on the list for transfering credits. I will just go an rn to bsn program once i graduate from gcc. Sorry for shocking some people :) especially you momtofore lol

Just FYI, the bookstore has the ursing books but it wont have the nursing kit until "sometime" this week.

I'm not sure yet whether or not I will be attending GCC's nursing program, but I will let you all know after Aug 10th. I have all my books.... but if i won't be attending I could sell my books to someone who didn't buy them yet. Just name a price. You can email me at [email protected] (FYI I bought all the recommended and required books)

When I asked the bookstore at the end of Spring semester how much they think it will be, they told me around $100. :confused: i hope not though lol
