Gloucester County College Nursing Fall 2011 Hopefuls?

Hi everyone!

Thought I could start this thread for anyone that is applying to the GCC Nursing Program this spring? I'm just getting my portfolio organized and prepared. I have to take the HESI one more time on Feb 24th and attend an info session on Feb 28th and I'm all set. I'm so nervous! But, I'm going to try to be optimistic. I look forward to hearing from you guys :) Take Care~

Does anyone want to go to a nursing information session at Rowan this Saturday?

I really would love to go. But, usually I'm busy on Saturdays. :( What time is it?

It was fine. Ctine05 and I were there as well as three other people. Two of them will be in our class in the fall. I wish there was more time to practice!

Ok, we've got more of us already who can meet on June 2! That's great news! What time would you all prefer? 7 pm or something else?

Skeletor can't make it though :sniff: AGAIN! We're going to hope for another time.

I'm going to try to get together copies of my transcripts before then with hope of getting an answer for what will work for the required courses and what my lousy GPA from the past might do to my entrance chances.

You'll love the ACLS class, as it's much more interactive and thought-provoking than BLS . . .:twocents:

It puts cardiovascular life support into an unbelievably vivid perspective. Experiencing the class gave me more in-depth appreciation of the nursing profession.
