Georgia Highlands College Fall 2011

Hello everyone. I just applied for admissions for the fall 2011 program a couple weeks ago.

Has anyone esle applied as well? If so what is your GPA and ACT score if you don't mind me asking.

My gpa is a 3.0, or higher because I have grades that have not posted, and I took the ACT over 13 years ago with a score of 18.

Hey guys, I'm in the process of buying my books online, and I was wondering if Medical-Surgical Nursing: Critical Thinking in Patient Care supposed to be 5th edition instead of 6th editions.

Also, Medical Terminology: A Word Building Approach by Rice, is that supposed to be 6th or 7th edition.

5th for medical surgical and I remember they said 6th for terminology.

I live in Kennesaw/Acworth area. IS anyone interested in putting study group together with some others in the general vicinity?

@Whtsnxt11 and Jenna1975 If you guys put a study group together I'm interested. Just let me know the time and place. My SCORE account says I'm registered also. Does anyone know what books will will need the first day of class. I'm sure we dont need them all. But i guess I can figure it out once my classes appear on Vista.

I found the bundle on amazon and Barnes & noble. Amazon was selling the bundle for around $200 and Barnes was selling it for 150. But I'm gonna buy it separately since it's cheaper that way.

Do we need our student ID on the first day of class?

hey guys, when I enter the ISBN for pharmacology: A nursing process approach, the 6th edition comes up instead of 7th. Is it supposed to be the 7th or 6th edition? .....These books are really expensive, I'm thinking of buying the old editions, Does anyone remember if they said it was fine if we bough an older edition for certain books.

one more question, Mosby's drug guide for nurses, do they want us to get the 8 or 9th?
