Grades--what does your report card look like so far?

Published

I thought it would be fun for us to put what we think we will have at the end of the semester grade wise...seeing as we work so hard for those grades! We can come back and post how we did. I guess I am trying to think positively cuz I am so sick of school right now.

I am hoping for two A's and a B. I have one right now in OB (93%), and close to one in mental health (91%). I have a solid B in med/surg (89%). I don't think I can get that B up to an A! Ah, well.

It all depends on Finals now. I have a couple small tests, one which is open book, and they should help me, not hurt me.

I also have to finish up and pass MH clinical!!!!!! LOTS of paperwork... :smilecoffeeIlovecof

How are you guys pulling through?

Specializes in Med/Surg <1; Epic Certified <1.

I'm at a pretty strong "B" with the 5th test next week and a cumulative final still to go!! I am SO ready for the semester break!!

A- in A&P I

C+ in Foundations of Nursing.

I'm a solid 4.0 student until this semester. Nursing and stress have really taken me for a ride but my goal is to do better next semester. With nearly half of the class failing I feel lucky in a way. We're required to get a 73 on everything, that's passing in our program.

Specializes in PICU, ICU, Transplant, Trauma, Surgical.

Well...... when mid-term grades were posted I had 4 A's (I'm in my first semester, Med-Surg. and taking physiology). I have another "new content" test in my Nursing concepts class before finals, so I will hope for an A on that. I am getting like mid-90's in my nursing classes (our clinicals are pass/fail so who cares) but I know I have a 98% in my phys. class cause I saw my grade last week. Whoo hoo!

Specializes in Trauma.

So far in my classes, I have all A's.

Community

Med Surg II

Nutrition

However, finals are in three weeks and I have a second exam coming up on Wednesday for Community and a MAJOR project for that class as well. This is the class I am worried about. Soooo MUCH WORK and although it's a 6 credit class, I don't care..it is too much:(

But yeh..I am HOPING for all A's this semester:)

Specializes in Hemodialysis, Home Health.

Fundamentals I have a strong B

Nutrition I have an A

Anatomy and Physiology I have a B

Health Assessment I have a B

So, I am not complaining, its the hardest semester of the program, I have 15 hours right now.

Specializes in RN, Cardiac Step Down/Tele Unit.

I have a solid A in Nursing Research, and I am borderline A-B in my other three! In Adult I (Med-Surg I), I have a high B that I could bump to an A with A's on the last test and final, but that would be tough. In Psych I have a low A (91), so I just have to hang on! In Maternity, I need a 94 on the final to pull an A, otherwise its a B. But I hear she gives an excellent review. Soooo, we'll see how finals week goes! Good luck everyone!

I am going into my third semester of nursing school. I have taken pharmacology, fundamentals, first part of Maternal/Child and Med Surg. We also have another Community type class that had clinicals as well. So far, I have managed to make straight A's. I have no idea how in the world I do it. I have 2 small children, and a husband who is deployed most of the time. I think lots of prayer...LOL.

Specializes in Geriatrics, Cardiac, ICU.

I'm looking at all A's.

Adult Health

Psych

Statistics

Clinicals are pass/fail.

I don't know how I got the A's either hercsp and I have two small kids and a MIA husband.

Welp class is over and I got a B in psych.

Gotta love that I missed an A by .02 . Oh well

Moving on to Community now...

Fundamentals: B

Pathophysiology: A

Pharmacology: A

Legal Ethical Perspectives of Nursing: B

Specializes in med/surg, ortho/neuro, ambulatory surg.

one more week to go for me and I need a flat 90 in both of my classes to get an A so we shall see how I do on the finals. I passed clinical (pass/fail) so at least that is out of the way!! I really want an A so I can graduate with honors but other than that I could care less if I get a B, I am so ready to be done!!

I wish I really knew. I had 2 A's and a B(almost A) going into finals. The B is up in the air right now...should be an A depending on if we get credit for a couple questions that we felt were correct and have challenged. One class I am sure will stay an A and the third, well...after that final, I might have a B. Hopefully things will work out in my favor (I am SO very close to graduating Summa Cum Laude). I will let you know when I know next week.
