Life is so much. Nursing, school, work, relationship and keeping up with friends plus trying to get some sleep. I am just going crazy. I have a nursing diagnosis of role strain. Does anyone else feel this way too. I am just getting burnt out. Can someone help me get my good attitude back. I am working out to help me out. Thanksgiving break is comming up soon. hopefully that will help me out. Anyone else feeling the same way.

I have been there more times than I care to count. You just have to find it inside of yourself to keep going. How much longer do you have before you are done? Keep on pushing through.

Oh yeah! I have just been appointed den mother for my sons cub scouts. Sure, just add tht to my list! * sigh*

One Day at a time... Don't look to far ahead. and always keep your eye on the ball. This is my 3rd year of going to college full time and working full time. Your going into the last part of the semester don't stop now you will have a few weeks off for Xmas you can catchup with the rest then.

I'm right with ya!!! I find that something always suffers whether it's the house, laundry, calls to friends, quality time w/ family, whatever & I've just come to the conclusion that I can't do it ALL, therefore it is what it is, until i'm done w/ this program!!! So, I prioritize my life as best I can & figure if the house is alittle messier than it use to be ....well, that's okay!;)

I'm with you 100%. I'm starting to feel like I just want to dig a hole in the ground and hide. My motivation has skeedadled and I'm not sure I know how to get it back. I just hope I can keep it together until the end of the semester, I know I can recharge then, but worry about what is going to happen to my grades. :bluecry1: Hope you find something that works for you, Good luck!

Life comes at you in waves.

Work on your Gratitude List. If you don't have one, you can start by telling yourself how happy you will be in the nursing home with absolutely nothing to do all day...nothing to learn, no work, no friends or family...hm?

Oh my...I know how you all feel! 4 weeks until pinning, and it sure is taking its toll on me and my family too. If I had 12 more hours in the day I'm not sure I could catch up anytime soon either. Family, daughters school work and activities, work, School, clinical days from hell (16 hours from the time I get up until I get back home), homework, and just trying to keep the laundry and dishes at a dull roar....I hear you!

I don't have much in the way of advice, just a :icon_hug: to everyone. Thanksgiving break is coming up soon, hopefully we can all take a minute to breathe.

Peace all
