When to Start applying??

I am a Nursing student and I am going to graduate in May. I was curious as to any suggestions as to when I should start applying for positions....I would appreciate any suggestions or comments. Thank you!

Put your resume together now. You can definitely start applying for positions now. Some hospitals have more involved hiring processes than others so earlier is better.

Definately start applying now. If you wait until you graduate you might end up like some of us, still looking 8 months later.

At graduation time, everyone will be looking for a job. Apply now!

I say start now, find a unit you like, ie from your clinicals, word of mouth, or what interests you. Apply as a SNT. The thing is to find a unit or setting that you like

agree with the others. gt your resume ready and get your name out there in front of hr people...there may be only room for a certain number for orientation and being first never hurts
