Nurses General Nursing
Published Apr 7, 2003
My aunt has been a member in this room for a long time and I finally decided this is a place I want to belong to.
I am Gracie O'Hara, RN and right now I'm not working but am thinking about returning to work. I have been kind of burned by work, shortages and general stuff that we get.
Im going to read some so I don't look all uninformed. So hi and see you soon.

Hello
Thank you all for the nice welcomes.
Im kind of embarrassed (sp?) I forgot the password and I couldn't get in. Plus this is P's computer and I hope I didn't mess up hers.
I did doctors office while I was an LPN and then got my RN. In between I have a neat son Michael. He's 12. I know I don't want office work, but I'm sort of afraid of hospital jobs with all the shortages.
I've been out of nursing for over 4 years and in this state you have to have so many worked hours or you can;t renew your liscence. So I really have to get some work before Jan 1. I worked too hard for that rn!
Anyway I have been reading all the letters here and I am really impressed. It is kind of like a big old family reunion. Everybody knows each other and every body talks at the same time.
