I'm taking a regular stats course this semester, not intro to stats. I heard stats is pretty easy. Just wondering if everyone had the same experience..

I'm also gonna be taking it with microbio. Is micro easier or harder than A&P?

depends on your orrientaion, and what type of student you are......

I found A&P a breaze

It's impossible to answer your question because everyone has different academic strengths. Telling you that I found statistics easy, or one class more difficult than another, is completely subjective. Of course, if we were taking the same class at the same place with the same Professor then it would make the question a little less subjective, but still subjective. For example, I found graduate pathophysiology and pharmacology relatively easy but that doesn't necessarily mean that you will also find it easy.

I had to take statistics three times. Never flunked a course before. I flunked it totally the first time, got a generous C the second time. Five years after I graduated I took it again, just to prove I could do the work, and got a B. It's incredibly useful information, but even when I put an honest effort in I still found it difficult. I get great numbers on math aptitude tests (once in the 99th percentile) but in real life it just doesn't show through.

Took stats the same semester as Finite math, the former was *much* easier.

I've heard from many folks that Statistics was the nightmare class of their entire education. I tell this not to scare you, just to make you aware that everyone's abilities, skills and learning styles are different. Asking us if something is "easy" will not have any bearing on your experience.

It all depends on you. No 2 people have the "same experience" simply because no 2 people are identical in the above-mentioned variables.

I have taken stats. Made an A. Hated every second. I will never do that again. lol

I took Micro as a summer condensed course and made a B. Hated every second. I will never do that again.

On the positive side, I will never have to take those courses again. :-)
